Job Responsibility

Key Account Manager Responsibilities May Include

  1. Discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals and maintaining customer satisfaction.
  2. Understanding customer requirements and applying product knowledge to meet their needs.
  3. Attending, managing and resolving customer enquiries and complaints.
  4. Developing and implementing the sales strategy to maintain existing customers and bring in new customers to increase sales volume as per set targets.
  5. Building strong relationships with customers to maximize the potential growth of existing key customers and respond to customer needs, enquiries, and address their concerns.
  6. Closing sales and responding efficiently to enquiries with appropriate information to ensure that individual sales targets are achieved.
  7. Maintaining good relationships with existing customers to ensure continuous and long-term business relationships, and building rapport with potential customers to generate new business.
  8. Responsible for timely collection of payment from customers to generate positive cash flow for the company and minimize exposure to bad debts.
  9. Preparing quotations for customers and following up with them.

Job Requirements

  1. Candidate must possess at least Secondary School/SPM/'O' Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in any field.
  2. Good in spoken and written English, Bahasa Malaysia.
  3. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  4. Good communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  5. Able to work in a challenging and fast-paced working environment.
  6. Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  7. Self-motivated with high integrity, highly committed, and able to work independently.
  8. Positive working attitude and good discipline.
  9. Fast learner with a passion for sales.
  10. Possess own transport.
