Assist in handling recruitment process includes monitor the manpower requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record, confirmation, etc.
Assist in update and maintain employee's profile, attendance, leave, medical and expenses monthly.
Assist in monthly payroll computation on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs, and liaising with government bodies (e.g., KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, etc) on all statutory requirements whilst maintaining all data private & confidential.
Identify training needs, monitor training programs, training evaluation, update training record, etc.
Assist Manager in maintaining HR system, updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
Prepare reports and other documents required by Manager for meetings.
Undertake any other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time by Manager.
Requirements:
Candidate is minimum holder of a Diploma OR Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Admin or equivalent.
3-5 years of relevant experience in a human resources role is an added advantage.
Fair knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
Able to write and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Passionate to learn, develop and practice Human Resources.
Willing to be guided by superior and able to work in tense mode.
Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
Good in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
Good in follow up, ability to work independently and result-oriented.
Possess own transport and valid driving license. Willing to travel as and when required will be added advantage.
Able to work overtime and work on Off Day/Rest Day/Public Holiday IF required as due to urgency. To be compensated accordingly.
