Job Description:

  • Assist in handling recruitment process includes monitor the manpower requisitions, job postings, selection, interview arrangement, job offer and acceptance, orientation, update employees’ record, confirmation, etc.
  • Assist in update and maintain employee's profile, attendance, leave, medical and expenses monthly.
  • Assist in monthly payroll computation on-time and accurate payroll processing, salary pay-outs, and liaising with government bodies (e.g., KWSP, PERKESO, LHDN, etc) on all statutory requirements whilst maintaining all data private & confidential.
  • Identify training needs, monitor training programs, training evaluation, update training record, etc.
  • Assist Manager in maintaining HR system, updating and maintaining accurate HR records.
  • Assist in updating HR policies and procedures.
  • Prepare reports and other documents required by Manager for meetings.
  • Undertake any other responsibilities which may be assigned from time to time by Manager.

Requirements:

  • Candidate is minimum holder of a Diploma OR Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Management, Business Administration, Public Admin or equivalent.
  • 3-5 years of relevant experience in a human resources role is an added advantage.
  • Fair knowledge of HR best practices and employment laws.
  • Able to write and communicate well in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Passionate to learn, develop and practice Human Resources.
  • Willing to be guided by superior and able to work in tense mode.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills in dealing with all levels of management and operational employees.
  • Good in Microsoft Office applications, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data.
  • Good in follow up, ability to work independently and result-oriented.
  • Possess own transport and valid driving license. Willing to travel as and when required will be added advantage.
  • Able to work overtime and work on Off Day/Rest Day/Public Holiday IF required as due to urgency. To be compensated accordingly.
