Supervise and support IT infrastructure staff in their daily tasks and projects.
Coordinate and manage infrastructure projects for corporate IT and manufacturing IT, ensuring timely completion and adherence to budget.
Oversee server, network, contracts, vendors, data communication equipment administration, including MS-based servers/services, network security, EDR, firewall, router, switches, etc.
Ensure uptime of IT services to keep the business running.
Evaluate, recommend and improve IT infrastructure services.
Develop, review and update IT policies, processes, and standards.
Document IT resolutions, procedures, diagrams, and layouts for future reference.
Provide resolution for complex IT infrastructure issues.
Setting strategy for IT operations including backup and DR plans.
Implement preventive solutions and arrange user-training programs.
Participate in IT audits and business-related certificates review.
Lead incident response for IT security infrastructure components.
Support in internal reporting and authority reporting when necessary.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
Minimum 7 years of experience working in IT.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in people management.
Very good knowledge in infrastructure architecture framework and technologies.
Proven track record of implementing IT security policies and procedures at a senior level.
Skills:
Knowledge of IT management.
Knowledge of on-prem and cloud MS-based systems, Active Directory, DNS, Windows Group Policy, Windows servers.
Knowledge of network security, EDR, firewall, router, switches, etc.
