Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as an Assistant IT Executive at PGEO Edible Oils Sdn Bhd - Packaging Division (A Member Of Wilmar Group Of Companies) located in Pasir Gudang.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Minimum 1 year of working experience in related field.
• Good knowledge in IT infrastructure and IT system implementation, with system/business analyst background
• Possess strong analytical skills and logical thinking
• Self-driven and disciplined
• Effective written and verbal communication skills in Chinese, English and Malay

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, control and evaluate IT operations.
• Oversee the administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure.
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems.
• Partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to develop solutions for IT needs.
• Developing and implementing IT policy and best practice guides for the organisation.
• Manage the purchasing of all software, hardware and other IT supplies.
• To execute any duties as instructed by the superior from time to time for the benefit of the company.
