Assistant-HR, Talent Acquisition (6 months)

We are seeking a motivated Talent Acquisition Assistant to join our HR team. This position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment process and contribute to our talent acquisition efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  2. Conduct initial candidate screenings and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
  3. Maintain and update the applicant talent system with candidate information and status updates.
  4. Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various job boards and social media platforms.
  5. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
  6. Provide administrative support to the HR team as needed.

Qualifications:

  1. Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  2. Strong interest in talent acquisition and recruitment.
  3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented with strong organizational abilities.
  5. Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
