Position: Assistant HR Manager / HR Manager (depends on experience)
Salary Package: RM7,000 - RM12,000
Working Location: Senai, Johor

Working Days: Monday to Friday
Working Hours: 8:15am to 6:10pm
Job Descriptions:
Plan HR and administration activities annually
Set, monitor and achieve HR targets
Handle recruitment (including interview), onboarding and exit procedures
Maintain accurate employee records and files, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and regulations
Handle and execute full spectrum of HR function & Admin function
Monitor and maintain HR data for foreign workers
Responsible for coordinating foreign worker quota applications via liaison with the relevant government agencies and appointed agents (if any)
Attend to all matters related to the foreign workers' affairs (e.g., work permit management, medical examination (FOMEMA), foreign workers insurance schemes, etc.)
Liaison and processing of foreign worker levy-related matters with the relevant government agencies
Process insurance-related matters (e.g., policy, claims, etc. related to foreign workers)
Keep record in system regarding all staff's incentive and bonus
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in human resources management or equivalent
Must have at least 5 years HR experience in handling foreign workers
Must have experience in recruitment, especially know to select suitable candidates and conduct interviews
Able to build and maintain positive relationships with colleagues
Have experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations
