Reporting Structure
This role is to report to the Top Management.
Manages a team of HR personnel to work closely and oversees with multiple HR portfolios.

Job Description
Oversees and executes the full spectrum of HR functions which include manpower sourcing and planning, training & development, talent management and succession planning, employee relations, compensation & benefits, performance management, and other HR related support services.
Responsible for formulating HR strategic plan and initiatives to strengthen HR processes and practices to support business growth for the organization.
Supports Clients by providing advice relating to the best HR practices within the framework of the company's beliefs, values, and objectives.
Works closely with the Top Management team in organizational design, job evaluation, change management process, and participates in HR industry benchmarking to ensure the company runs effectively and efficiently.
Acts as point of contact for HR Personnel and Clients on all HR matters.
Plans, develops, and implements HR continuous improvement activities.
Oversees the overall day-to-day HR operations and functions across multiple portfolios.
Performs any other duties as and when required.
Requirements
Candidate must possess a Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management.
Minimum of 8 years proven experience in a similar capacity from a manufacturing environment.
Strong written and verbal command of Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Chinese.
Able to work independently with excellent analytical and interpersonal skills.
Result-driven, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to abide by deadlines with a strong sense of responsibility and commitment.
Well-versed in the Singapore & Malaysia Employment Act, Industrial Relations Act, Immigration procedures, and good knowledge of prevailing HR practices and legislation.
Must be willing to work in Johor and travel outstation as required.
