Responsible for the HR policies and procedures help the organization reach its strategic goals and long-term objectives
Business partner to provide strategic counsel to key stakeholders;
Drive innovation in HR programs and streamline internal procedures to achieve business efficiency;
Drive and perform annual processes of HR lifecycle, such as salary review, performance review, bonus calculation;
Responsible for all round of HR functions, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, employee engagement;
Prepare data analysis and reports for management review;
Ensure compliance with internal policies and local legal requirements;
Handle full recruitment cycle and corporate staff movement, such as onboarding, promotion, disciplinary actions, offboarding;
Collaborate with other HR team members on implementing human resources strategies and providing full spectrum of HR partnership;
Drive Human Resources Information System implementation
Participate in any ad hoc HR related projects as required
Local HR Administration
Support and handle HR administrative duties, including but not limited to visa application, staff database input and maintenance;
Organise staff engagement activities and enhance staff communication;
Office Administration
Manage day-to-day employee/guest travelling and admin functions in an efficient and effective manner, including but not limited to leasing, contract administrative support, travel booking, visa application, courier and door access management;
Supervise cleaner to provide office cleaning and office equipment supply
