Basic Salary MYR5,000 to MYR7,000

Job Responsibilities :
Overseeing human resource, administration, and safety & health operation of the company.
Plan, organize and direct human resources in conformance with established company policy, law, and governmental regulatory agencies.
Review, revise or formulate guidelines, and implement to ensure cost effective manpower planning and staffing, wage and benefit programs, assure selection and retention of qualified personnel.
Responsible and monitor recruitment process of sourcing potential candidates and cater the vacancy.
Review and coordinate with all departments to identify employees training needs, plan and organize training programs for employees’ development.
Review, evaluate and implement performance management for the company in coordinate with other managers.
Payroll administration and liaise with statutory bodies when necessary.
Grievance handling, conflict resolution, counselling, and discharge disciplinary actions.
Cultivate harmony working environment and maintain employee relations.
Job Requirement :
Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Studies or similar capacity.
Manager level candidate, AM level candidate are encouraged to apply.
Senior Executive with minimum 5 years of working experience also welcome to apply.
Hands-on experience in management, preferably with manufacturing based experience.
Experience in managing Union will be an added advantage (not compulsory).
