ASSISTANT HOUSEKEEPER

• To assist in ensuring smooth daily operation and services of the Housekeeping Department which includes Room Section, Public areas and Laundry
• To ensure maximum comfort and safety for all guests and handling of staff issues
• To be responsible for staff planning, monitoring, daily assignments and skills training
• To ensure cleanliness, maintenance and orderliness of the whole resort
• To ensure compliance to quality standards, procedures and processes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Preferably Diploma / Certificate in Hotel Management or its equivalent
• Preferably with related working experience in Housekeeping with 2-3 years at Supervisor, preferably in hotel or hospitality industry
• Computer literate with ability to write reports and manage finances, including budget and controls
• Good interpersonal skills with ability to professionally handle guest complaints and comments
• Working knowledge of basic sanitation requirements and applications of relevant chemicals
