Job Summary:
We are seeking a flexible and detail-oriented Assistant to support our project operations. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Support:
- Assist in the planning and execution of various projects.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure project milestones are met.
Data Management:
- Perform basic Excel operations for data entry, analysis, and reporting.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to projects.
Communication:
- Facilitate communication between management and team members.
- Prepare meeting agendas and take minutes as needed.
Administrative Tasks:
- Assist with scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
- Handle correspondence and follow up on action items.
Problem Solving:
- Identify issues and propose solutions to improve operational efficiency.
- Support the team in various ad-hoc tasks as required.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office software, required a laptop/PC with good internet connection, Microsoft Office and Wechat.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, Fluently Mandarin and basic English (able to communicate).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus.
Interview Process:
Interview will be held via Wechat (voice call). Please add our HR’s Wechat at least one day before the interview; otherwise, the session will be cancelled by default. You will be given a simple set of tests regarding your proficiency in Mandarin, English, and Microsoft Excel during the interview.
