Assistant Finance Manager (Up to 9K / 5 days / Mid Valley)

  • Financial Reporting & Management: Oversee full set of accounts, ensure timely and accurate financial reporting, and comply with accounting standards and policies.
  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Manage cash flow, budgeting, and financial forecasting to support business growth.
  • Audit & Compliance: Ensure compliance with tax regulations, audit requirements, and internal financial policies; coordinate audit processes.
  • Business Partnering: Work with management to align financial strategies with business goals and provide data-driven insights for decision-making.
  • Operational Support: Optimize cost structures, improve revenue collection, and act as a finance contact for KL and JB operations.
  • Doctor’s Fee Processing: Calculate and process monthly doctor’s fees, ensure accurate payments, and maintain records.
  • Internal Controls: Implement and improve financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure regulatory compliance.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or CPA/CA qualification.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial reporting, accounting, and business partnering.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage financial operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and financial software (e.g., ERP, Microsoft Business Central).
  • Must be able to work in Mid Valley Office Tower.
