Assistant Finance Manager, Group Complex Division (Property Investment)

• To prepare/review management accounts and related schedules prepared by respective accountants in charge.
• To liaise with external parties such as auditors, tax agent, government bodies, suppliers, as well as internal clients/other departments of the Berjaya Group of Companies.
• To prepare and review cash flow statement and to monitor cash flow.
• To review tax computations for operating companies and investment holding companies, including the calculation of capital allowances, deferred taxation, and tax reconciliation.
• To prepare/review quarterly reporting package.
• To prepare profit and cash flow forecasts and projections.
• To review statutory financial reports.
• To analyze financial information using Excel to calculate various ratios, percentages, and averages.
• To perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by Senior Finance Manager.

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Professional qualification in preferably ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA/MIA or equivalent.
• Preferably at least 5 years of accounting and audit experience. (Preferably knowledge in Property Investment Industry)
• Good knowledge of computerized accounting systems and Microsoft Excel. (Preferably IFCA)
• Solid technical skills with proven strong managerial and leadership qualities to inculcate teamwork and deal with team members from diverse backgrounds.
• Self-motivated, team player who is dynamic with a mature personality, high integrity, confident, and able to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
• Pro-active, strong initiative, and results-oriented.
