Job Descriptions:

Oversee financial and accounting functions, including general ledger, accounts payables, accounts receivable, and treasury functions. Report to the Finance Manager and CFO.

Ensure the General Ledger is updated timely and accurately, following financial policies and procedures.

Review current tax and deferred tax computations, audited financial statements, and tax returns prepared by accountants.

Implement accounting and financial procedures to ensure compliance with standards and policies. Liaise with financial institutions, auditors, tax agents, and other statutory bodies on related matters.

Prepare annual budgets, business plans, and periodic projections. Analyze monthly variances between budget and actual numbers.

Perform any projects and duties assigned by the management.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional qualification/ Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance or equivalent such as ACCA/ CIMA.

2. Minimum 5 years working experience in the related field is required for this position. Audit/ tax compliance experience will be an added advantage.

3. Solid knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRSs), Microsoft Office Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Power BI.

4. A matured self-starter with interpersonal and leadership skills, able to communicate effectively at all levels.

5. A team player with the ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
