Job description

Location: Primarily based in Seksyen 15 Shah Alam with occasional travel to Kajang as needed likely about once a month.

Fully working onsite.

Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual Financial Reports.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly Cash Flow Reports.
  • Verify and approve supplier payments and monitor credit control.
  • Monitor utilisation of banking facilities.
  • Preparation of bank applications (RC, LC, BG, BA etc.).
  • Monitor AR Aging and highlight long overdue customers.
  • Responsible for Company Taxation. Ensure Tax Computation information is prepared and submitted to Tax Agent accurately and timely.
  • Review tax payable and provision required in financial statements.
  • Lead and coordinate the preparation of the Company budget.
  • Prepare monthly prepayments, accruals, and provisions.
  • Prepare monthly financial closing.
  • Prepare Forex/Realised gain or loss for AP and AR.
  • Undertake any ad hoc tasks assigned by superior or management from time to time.
  • Handle full set of accounts.
  • Experience in ERP system will be an added advantage.
  • Ability to work independently, self-driven, with a positive working attitude and meet tight deadlines.
