Requirement

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Finance or equivalent.
  • At least 3 years relevant working experience.
  • Able to handle full set of accounts.
  • Candidate with experiences in property development industry/real estate agencies/ HDA will be an added advantage.
  • Good knowledge of SQL accounting software; Excel and Microsoft Office.
  • Good in English, Bahasa Malaysia & Mandarin (both written and spoken).
  • Good in documentation and filing.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Possess positive attitude, fast learner, meticulous, responsible and reliable.
  • Able to work with minimum supervision.
  • Able to start work immediately or with short notice.
  • Location: Kota Damansara (Walking distance from MRT Surian Station)

Job Scopes

  • Handling full set of accounts and perform month end closing in a timely manner.
  • Prepare bank reconciliation and monitor daily bank balances.
  • Prepare monthly management reports and other accounts related matters.
  • Assist in audit and tax preparation.
  • Liaise with external parties on auditing, tax, secretarial matters, bankers, suppliers, etc.
  • Maintain journal entries, analyses and inter-company accounts.
  • Effectively and efficiently resolve problems/matters internally and externally to ensure the operation runs smoothly.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of documentation and filing to support all accounting entries.
  • Perform day to day accounting operations.
  • Any other tasks as assigned by superior from time to time.
  • Prepare cash flow budget, yearly/monthly budget.
  • Monthly Management Account Analysis.
  • Ability to groom team members based on financial skills and knowledge.
  • HR & Payroll.
  • Other Adhoc tasks.

Job Type: Full-time
