In line with our business expansion, we are looking for qualified candidates to join our Financial Team.

Job Role's:

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and accuracy. Ensure timely and effective management and financial reporting.
  • Tax Compliance: Handle tax filings, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and work with external auditors and tax agents during annual audit and tax submission.
  • Cost Management: Develop and implement cost control procedures, including reviewing and improving operation and cost control processes to ease and mitigate mistakes made by the operation staffs.
  • Financial Analysis: Conduct financial analysis to support decision-making, identify trends, and provide insights to top management.
  • Payroll Management: Administer payroll processing, ensuring compliance with labour laws and company policies.
  • Recruitment, Onboarding, and Offboarding: Handle recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding, ensuring compliance with LHDN rules and regulations for disclosure of tax for new staff and resigned staff. Ensure employee data is maintained correctly with valid and sufficient documentation.
  • Employee Records: Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
  • Human Resource Compliance: Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, coordinating audits as necessary.
  • Training and Development: Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.
  • Staff Activities: Manage and organize staff activities, including annual dinners, appreciation dinners, team-building events, staff training courses, company trips, and other employee engagement initiatives.
  • External party: Liaise with auditors, tax agents, company secretary, lawyers, bankers, and other consultants.
  • Staff Appraisal: Review and distribute staff appraisal forms to employees annually and manage the staff confirmation process.
  • Government grants/incentives, awards and certification: Attend to a government agency or private associate or organisation on certain initiatives, awards, certification, incentives/grants, and specific project.
  • Pressure and Flexibility: Ability to work under pressure and maintain flexibility.
  • Ad-hoc: Assist in financial due diligence, special projects, and other tasks as assigned by Management or directors.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or master’s in Accounting, Finance, or related studies.
  • Partial completion or professional certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, CIMA) is a plus.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and human resource, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Strong commitment to ethical standards and integrity in financial and HR management.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail in all aspects of work.
  • Experience in audit or financial management is highly preferable.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
