ASSISTANT FINANCE MANAGER
Job Description
- Prepare monthly financial & operational review reports, complete with analysis to management on time
- Prepare annual financial budget and periodic revisions where necessary
- Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, legal counsel & company secretary
- Ensure timely submission of tax returns (income tax, sales and service tax)
- Develop and periodically update standard costing for company's products
- Liaise with bankers to facilitate operations of banking facilities and account, including forex transactions
- Manage company's cash flow, ensuring prompt payments to creditors and collection from debtors
Job Requirement
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or a professional qualification (ACCA/CPA/MIA etc)
- Minimum 5 years working experience, preferable in manufacturing sector
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices, standard, regulations and internal controls
- Proficient in Accounting Software and Microsoft Office
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team with minimal supervision
- A proactive, positive attitude with good interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
