Assistant Factory Coordinator

Marimega Sdn Bhd, a leading manufacturing company in Puncak Alam, Selangor, is seeking an experienced Assistant Factory Coordinator to join our team. This full-time role supports the Factory Coordinator in managing day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facility. This role is vital for ensuring smooth production processes, effective communication among team members, and adherence to quality and safety standards.

What you'll be doing

1. Assist in coordinating daily production schedules and workflow to meet operational goals.
2. Help monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering materials as needed.
3. Facilitate communication between production teams and other departments to resolve issues and improve efficiency.
4. Support the implementation of safety protocols and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
5. Assist in providing delivery orders and ensuring all related documents are prepared accurately.
6. Manage delivery and logistics, ensuring products are shipped to customers on time and in good condition.
7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment in accordance with company standards.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives by contributing ideas and feedback on operational processes.

What we're looking for

1. SPM, Diploma or equivalent.
2. Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Good communication and teamwork abilities.
5. Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management systems.
6. Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
