Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the planning, processing and organizing order, and delivery of goods.
2. Coordinate well with warehouse workers to ensure smooth operation of the warehouse.
3. Handle warehouse administration tasks such as issuing delivery orders, maintaining shipping records, and managing stock inquiries.
4. Support during the preparation and execution of stocktaking.
5. Manage daily warehouse activities such as incoming and outgoing stock.
6. Plan and maintain inventory and storage area.
7. Communicate with customers to ensure accuracy in shipments and inventory transactions.
8. Perform any ad hoc duties assigned by the Superior from time to time.

Job Requirements:

1. Candidate must possess at least a certificate, diploma, or higher.
2. At least 1-2 years of working experience in the Warehouse & Logistic fields; experience in Building Material/Hardware is an advantage.
3. Basic computer knowledge in Microsoft Office is required.
4. A proactive team player who can work under pressure and independently with minimal supervision.
