Assistant Engineer, Maintenance & Engineering

Job Responsibility

• Evaluate system designs and provide feedback to superior teams, ensuring alignment with company needs and goals.
• Compile and interpret breakdown information provided by the maintenance team, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
• Assist in troubleshooting complex problems, utilizing diagnostic tests and analysis.
• Conduct FMEA analysis on machine breakdown data to improve reliability and prevent future failures.
• Produce technical documentation, including clear and detailed reports for systems, designs, and breakdowns.
• Build and maintain systems and processes, ensuring they align with the company’s standards.
• Assist in maintaining equipment and systems in top condition to uphold the quality of the company's products and services.
• Provide technical support via voice, email, and chat to resolve issues promptly and efficiently.

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in the mechatronics field or a closely related engineering discipline.
• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (preferred) to facilitate effective communication.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Innovative and forward-thinking approach to problem-solving and system improvements.
• Strong problem-solving skills and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across departments and teams.
• Proficiency in diagnostic testing to identify the root cause of technical problems.
• Ability to conduct FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis) based on breakdown data to enhance system reliability.
• Excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams, external suppliers, and clients.
• Teamwork-oriented and proactive in ensuring smooth operations and timely issue resolution.
• Working Hours: 8am – 6pm (Monday – Friday)
