Job Description Summary

Support yield improvement activities coverage on all shifts in Dip Room and First Inspection and Packaging / Cartoning. Focus on identification of defects at source, root causes and immediate corrective actions to support plant Quality and Cost improvement goals and opportunities.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Monitor and evaluate defects at source
2. Failure investigation
3. Identify opportunities to support cost/quality improvements
4. Scrap analysis
5. Execute assignments given and report the progress
6. Management of product and process validations program
7. Promote positive and healthy working environment within the Department
8. Track, coordinate and follow up on FI, CAPA and procedure
9. Other assignments as instructed by immediate Supervisor
