Assistant Document Controller
Job description
Job Responsibilities:
- To coordinate amongst Client, Contractor, and all Consultants on documents received or to be disseminated.
- To compile and store all incoming and outgoing documents, calculations, reports, drawings and data to and from relevant parties in the project.
- To disseminate data received to the relevant parties in a quick and efficient manner.
- To have a register of all documents received and sent out and to update it regularly.
- To provide report on document status whenever required.
Requirements:
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- Minimum 3 years relevant working experience on major civil infrastructure, hydroelectric, or highway projects.
- Should be familiar with current software used for document control such as Aconex.
- Meticulous, well organized, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
- Excellent written and spoken command of English.
