Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  1. To coordinate amongst Client, Contractor, and all Consultants on documents received or to be disseminated.
  2. To compile and store all incoming and outgoing documents, calculations, reports, drawings and data to and from relevant parties in the project.
  3. To disseminate data received to the relevant parties in a quick and efficient manner.
  4. To have a register of all documents received and sent out and to update it regularly.
  5. To provide report on document status whenever required.

Requirements:

  1. Diploma/bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  2. Minimum 3 years relevant working experience on major civil infrastructure, hydroelectric, or highway projects.
  3. Should be familiar with current software used for document control such as Aconex.
  4. Meticulous, well organized, able to meet tight deadlines and work independently.
  5. Excellent written and spoken command of English.
