Assistant Children Coach

SUPER Avatar Academy is seeking like-minded educators to join our founding team. This position is key in supporting our mission to empower children through emotional intelligence (EQ) coaching programs. You will be responsible for assisting our experienced lead coaches in facilitating kids' EQ classes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a passion for kids' EQ education that makes a positive impact in the lives of children and families.

Responsibilities

• Assist the lead coach to guide the kids during classes
• Assist in planning, designing, and preparing the classes
• Co-create positive transformation for kids and their parents
• Prepare and maintain classes and workshops materials
• Create short videos for parent updates
• Assist in updating parents about kids' progress
• Assist in other operational work for an education academy
• Assist and maintain program-related administrative work

• ECE / Education / Psychology or related Diploma or Degree
• Able to speak fluent English & Mandarin
• Love and passion for kids
• Having teaching / coaching experience is a PLUS
• Hungry to LEARN & GROW yourself
