Responsible for financial planning and management of all parent and subsidiary companies.
Manage financial reporting, consolidation, analysis, tax planning, treasury, risk management, regulatory compliance, internal control, business development/M&A, corporate and project financing, and investor relations.
Collaborate with the CEO and senior management to develop the company’s financial strategy by forecasting capital, identifying monetary resources, and developing action plans.
Drive cost management initiatives and profitability improvements, identifying operational optimization and revenue growth areas.
Ensure all statutory reporting, corporate governance, and compliance requirements are met through meticulous efforts on financial control and reporting.
Lead business development and M&A efforts, including strategic alliances and project financing.
Job Requirements
A minimum of 10 years in senior finance roles, including at least 5 years in a similar capacity.
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. MBA or professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CFA) preferred.
Demonstrated financial acumen and ability to manage financial performance, budgeting, and reporting.
Proven leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams and interacting at all organizational levels.
Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze, adapt, and drive change.
Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills, with experience building partnerships.
Proficient in data, automation, and emerging technology in a financial environment.
Familiar with NASDAQ listing rules and procedures.
Strong command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
