Key Responsibilities

4. Quality Assurance: Ensure that products meet required specifications and industry standards. Collaborate with quality control teams to maintain consistent quality.
5. Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and procedures, conduct regular audits, and ensure compliance with environmental, health, and safety regulations.
6. Team Leadership: Supervise, mentor, and evaluate refinery staff, providing training and development to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce.
7. Budget Management: Oversee the refinery budget, monitor expenses, and implement cost-saving measures while maintaining high standards of operation.
8. Reporting and Documentation: Prepare reports on production performance, quality issues, and safety incidents for senior management review.
9. Resource Management: Coordinate with suppliers, manage raw material inventory, and ensure adequate supplies for uninterrupted operations.
