• Assembly & prestaging of self-service machines/kiosks.
• Diagnosing hardware issues and troubleshooting.
• Running test equipment and report writing.
• Repairing hardware and replacing faulty units.
• Conducting stock checks on incoming parts as well as outgoing deliveries.
• Liaising with admin staff; handling deliveries, complaints, and other related matters.
• Preparing documentation accurately such as Goods Receive, Goods Transfer, etc.
• Assisting in stock take exercises when required.

Requirements:

• Possess a certificate/diploma in any technical related discipline.
• Fresh graduates from schools/polytechnic are encouraged to apply.
• Knowledge in PC & Telecommunication related hardware.
• Self-initiative with minimum supervision.
• Team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Has good initiative, follow-up skills, is well-organized, and able to work independently.
• Computer literate and proficient in MS Excel.
• Experience in self-service machines/kiosks assembly will be an advantage.
