Assistant Architect

Tan'ck Architect is seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Architect to join our talented team in Kuala Lumpur on a contract basis. As an Assistant Architect, you will play a crucial role in the planning and design of innovative architectural solutions that bring our clients' visions to life.

What you'll be doing

• Assist in the development of architectural designs and construction drawings
• Collaborate with the design team to translate conceptual ideas into detailed plans
• Conduct research, site analysis, and feasibility studies to support the design process
• Contribute to the preparation of project proposals, presentations, and client communications
• Coordinate with engineers, construction managers, and other stakeholders to ensure project success
• Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, technologies, and industry regulations

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field (PART 1)
• 1-3 years of experience in an architectural or design-related role
• Good Presentation Skill and able to produce impressive Architectural Design Presentation
• Able to carry out and complete tasks on a timely basis
• Required skills: AutoCad, Revit, Sketchup, Lumion are compulsory. Adobe PS/Indesign, MS Powerpoint etc.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• Passion for creating innovative and functional architectural solutions
• A Team Player, Good Articulation and Writing Skills
• Malaysian Citizens only
