Assistant Accounts Manager

• Prepare subsidiaries management report accurately & appropriately on a timely manner.
• Liaise with all subsidiaries within the Group for compilation of management account and other relevant matters.
• Prepare the consolidated financial statement including the supporting schedules for the notes to financial statements.
• Convert sub-consolidation accounts & schedules of overseas entities from SGD to RM.
• Ensure the Group's consolidation processes adhere to internal controls and audit requirements.
• Identify improvement plans to streamline and improve group consolidation and financial reporting processes.
• Liaise with internal and external auditor, tax agent, company secretaries, bankers and other relevant authorities on their respective manners.
• Any other duties assigned from time to time by the Superior & Management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, certification in ACCA, CIMA, CPA or equivalent.
• At least 3 - 4 year(s) of working experience in handling Group Consolidation is required for this position.
• Working experience in a large-scale manufacturing plant or trading industries are preferable.
• Proficient in SAP/ERP system.
• Possesses strong financial analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective team player and proactive personality.
• Possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
