Job Overview

Assist in data migration, performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying payment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Follow up with the collection with students via emails, calls or WhatsApp.
2. Prepare Daily collection reports (DCR) and verify bank statements.
3. Update daily student payments in the student profile and cross-check with their bank statement.
4. Help in student refund verification.
5. Assist in data migration.
6. Assist Exam unit and faculties with outstanding student matters.
7. Verify student statement of account and perform confirmation for agent commission.
8. Attend and reply to students’ enquiries through emails and helpdesk.
9. Attention to detail and data entry skills are critical requirements. High sense of accountability and integrity.
10. Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Accounting or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance or have a recognised professional qualification in Accountancy.
2. Having a minimum of 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience, specialising in credit control and helpdesk is an advantage.
3. Good interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with team and other business partners throughout the organization.
4. Able to think critically and grasp new concepts quickly.
5. Flexible, organized and able to work under time constraints and deadlines.
