Assist. Architect / Architect

Looking for Architectural Assistant (Part 1) who can work independently, is adaptable, and must be good at multi-tasking, organized, eager to learn, and comfortable working with large scale projects.

The job scope entails assisting with all aspects of master-planning design, schematic design, design development, meeting preparation, and technical drawings.

Interest in working on Healthcare and Aged-Care related projects will be highly recommended.

Job Responsibilities:

• Produce high quality CAD drawings from conceptual sketches
• Produce high quality CAD schematic layout planning under the guidance of a medical planner

Preferred Characteristics:

• Excellent attention to detail and highly organized
• Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and is eager to learn and grow with the firm
• Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
• Have a positive, friendly, professional attitude and a good sense of humor

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma/Degree holder (Part 1) in Architectural Studies or other related disciplines
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Sketchup, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and other Microsoft applications.

Fresh Graduates and applicants with job experience are both encouraged to apply.

5 days / week
9am - 6pm
Monday - Friday
40+ hours / week
