Partner with the best
An Asset Manager– D18 Alliance will be responsible for ensuring HES is a priority and all related KPIs are either met or exceeded. You will manage, plan and coordinate project activities typically in the context of a production or services project to fulfill a customer order or need according to financial/commercial parameters and ensuring customer satisfaction.

As an Asset Manager– D18 Alliance, you will be responsible for:

  1. Ensuring HSE is a priority & all related KPIs are either met or exceeded.
  2. Managing the execution of integrated well construction, intervention and well/field management contracts involving multiple BH divisions and any subcontractors.
  3. Maximizing the project's financial return to BH, through incremental pull through revenues, effective financial management, and careful management of project costs.
  4. Developing budget, cost monitoring and reporting plans. Apply cost control procedures. Apply earned value analysis on all projects managed.
  5. Leading project teams in a matrix organization. Liaison with working with 3rd party vendors and internal service providers.
  6. Understanding the full portfolio of Baker Hughes products and services from oilfield services to emissions abatement and our industrial portfolio, in order to include them and unlock value for the alliance.

To be successful in this role you will:

  1. Have a bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, and/or a technical diploma in a relevant discipline.
  2. Have at least 10 years of relevant experience within the well construction or field management environment.
  3. Have experience with managing Profit and Loss statements along with an understanding to influence key metrics within Profit and Loss statement.
  4. Have held current and past positions as a people leader.
  5. Have effective organizational and analytical skills, and excellent interpersonal and communication ability.
  6. Have a good understanding of HSE standards, a clear understanding of the compliance and reporting requirements.
  7. Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and leadership skills.
  8. Demonstrate the ability to analyze and resolve problems and the ability to lead programs/projects.

Monday to Friday, Normal Office Working Hours – Flexibility is possible as per discussed and approved by Manager/Supervisor.

This role may require you to work outside of normal office hours due to job and business nature.
