At DHL, our Asset Discovery & Management solution is a global initiative that plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our asset management process. We discover devices across the DHL network, correlate records with additional data sources, and present these insights to users globally for their actions. The goal is to maintain a central asset repository and ensure comprehensive life-cycle asset management using the ServiceNow platform.

Our team is dedicated to smooth service delivery according to agreed SLA. We oversee scanning and correlation processes, provide training and support for asset users globally, and continuously review and improve our defined KPIs to ensure sustainability.

What You'll Be Doing

• Global Communication: Engaging with users worldwide via ticketing systems to address issues, answer queries, and provide support.
• Training & Support: Conducting training sessions for global asset users, ensuring they have the knowledge and tools needed to effectively manage their assets.
• Collaboration: Working closely with component service owners to meet SLA’s and ensure the best results for asset managers across the globe.
• Monitoring KPIs: Regularly reviewing and analyzing key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement.

Ready to embark on the journey? Here’s what we are looking for:
We’re seeking an Asset Discovery Service Owner with 5 to 6 years of experience who can bring expertise in asset discovery and life-cycle management. You should also have a solid understanding of ServiceNow and PowerBI. Additionally, a basic knowledge of Teradata and an understanding of how network scanning solutions work is essential. Strong communication skills are essential, as you’ll be providing global training and support. Additionally, you should have excellent analytical skills to oversee scanning processes and interpret results.

In this multinational environment, you'll work cross-region with teams from around the world, so fluency in spoken and written English is essential.
