As an Assembly, Maintenance and Overhaul (AMO) Production Control - Completion & Well Intervention (CWI), you will review procedures for assembly, disassembly, and test verification accuracy. You will configure test stations and systems, facilitate third-party repair of equipment when required, analyze and interpret data from environmental tests, troubleshoot equipment problems, maintain records and schedule maintenance of equipment, and ensure compliance with HS&E policies and procedures.

As an AMO Production Control - Completion & Well Intervention (CWI), you will be responsible for:

  • Overseeing pre-job checks and basic onsite maintenance to ensure safety and reliability of equipment.
  • Operating and troubleshooting production machines to ensure reliability, safety, and delivery.
  • Reading and interpreting blueprints, assembly prints, and parts lists, and following procedures and maintenance practices.
  • Using measurement and gauging equipment and processes to solder and assemble mechanical devices.
  • Following internal HSE policies to ensure safety and compliance.
  • Maintaining assembly records and communications to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Conducting daily communications with the team on quality assurance and quality control as part of Tool box meetings.
  • Reporting any red flags, TB, or other NCR/NPT that involve AMO operations to the AMO Manager.
  • Supporting customer audits and visits regarding AMO related issues.
  • Communicating with the Reliability, Quality CWI APAC Team.
  • Monitoring and tracking other PMI and raising PMI plans to the AMO Manager.
  • Providing technical support for closing DWR, FRACAS, QMT, and other NCR.

Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Hold at least a diploma in Mechanic, Technical, and/or related fields.
  • Demonstrate at least 5 years' experience in maintenance in the Oilfield Services industry.
  • Have a good command of English.
  • Be able to use measurement methods and handle measurement tools.
  • Have good computer skills and the ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
  • Be well organized and have the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Be available to work overtime and on-call/weekends as needed.
  • Demonstrate proficient computer skills, including in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exhibit a good mechanical aptitude and a desire to learn.
