This full-time Assistant HR role at CHAR KUE TIAU OYSTER TABASCO' in Wakaf Che Yeh, Kelantan offers an exciting opportunity to join a thriving organisation and make a real impact within the Human Resources & Recruitment function. As an Assistant HR, you will play a crucial part in supporting the delivery of effective HR solutions and strategies to drive the company's growth and success.

What you'll be doing

• Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team, including managing employee records, processing payroll and benefits information, and assisting with recruitment activities
• Collaborating with managers to understand their HR-related needs and providing guidance on policies and procedures
• Participating in the implementation of HR initiatives, such as employee onboarding, training, and performance management
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date HR documentation and data, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
• Assisting with the coordination of HR-related events, workshops, and employee engagement activities
• Acting as a point of contact for employees, addressing their queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner

What we're looking for

• At least 2 years of experience in a similar HR assistant or administrative support role, preferably within a Consulting & Generalist HR environment
• Strong understanding of HR policies, procedures, and best practices
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, with the ability to maintain accurate records and data
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritise and multitask effectively
• A team player with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and grow
