We are seeking an experienced and passionate Teacher (in “AS level” standard Mathematics, Economics, Business or Psychology) to join our team at PREPWORKS SDN. BHD. in Kuala Lumpur to teach on our first-of-its-kind, 9-month University Foundation Program. This full-time role is an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on the lives of our students in getting them to top universities of the world.

What you'll be doing

• Delivering high-quality and engaging lessons to students
• Developing and adapting lesson plans to meet the needs of individual students
• Providing personalised support and feedback to help students reach their full potential
• Collaborating with the teaching team to share best practices and continuously improve our educational offerings
• Maintaining accurate student records and providing timely feedback to parents
• Participating in professional development opportunities to enhance your teaching skills

What we're looking for

• Degree at a reputable university in relevant subject area
• Minimum 3 years of strong, impactful teaching experience
• Strong subject matter expertise and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
• Creative and innovative approach to lesson planning and delivery
