Art Teacher

We are seeking a talented and passionate Art Teacher to join our team at Globalart Bandar Baru Rawang, Selangor. As an Art Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and enriching art lessons to secondary school students, helping them to develop their creative skills and artistic expression. What you'll be doing

1. Planning and delivering engaging art lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of secondary school students
2. Developing and implementing innovative teaching methods and techniques to encourage students' creativity and artistic development
3. Assessing and providing feedback on students' work, ensuring they are progressing and achieving their learning goals
4. Collaborating with the wider team to organise and participate in art-related events and exhibitions
5. Maintaining a safe and well-organised art classroom environment
6. Continuously seeking opportunities for professional development to enhance your teaching skills and expertise

What we're looking for

1. A bachelor's degree in Art, Art Education, or a related field
2. Good knowledge of various art media, techniques, and materials
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with students & colleagues.
4. Ability to create and implement engaging and age-appropriate art lesson plans
5. Passion for art and a commitment to fostering creativity in young learners
6. Proficiency in the local language Mandarin and English as well as Bahasa Malaysia
