Responsibilities:

1. Delivering lessons in planned curriculum according to assigned cohort and timetable.
2. Preparing required resources for each lesson assigned.
3. Ensuring a motivating classroom management for students.
4. Managing some communication with parents/customers.
5. Upkeeping the overall aesthetics of the studio.
6. Assisting in keeping inventory of resources and equipment.
7. Responsible for following the Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) of the studio and maintaining a healthy and positive working environment with colleagues.
8. Assisting with any other ad hoc assignments.

Requirements:

1. At least 1 year experience working with children and/or experience teaching art.
2. Skilled in using multiple art mediums (e.g., charcoal, watercolour, acrylic, etc.).
3. Presentable personal grooming and matured self-representation.
4. Positive attitude, passion for art, dedication, teamwork, and good communication skills are characteristics that are greatly valued.
5. Proficient in speaking, reading, and writing English. Ability to communicate in Mandarin or Cantonese is an added advantage.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.
7. Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Arts/Education/Design or equivalent.
8. Experience in IGCSE is an added advantage.
9. Possessing personal transportation and a valid driver's license is a requirement for this position.
