Job description

People remember 20% of what they read and 80% of what they see. Creative marketing programs have the highest ROI among media, brand, and creative execution, according to Nielsen Catalina research in 2016-’17. Therefore, creative plays an outsized role at Moneyhero and is critical to our success. In this role, you will lead creative strategy, art direction, and creative production. You will use your expertise in multi-media design, UX/UI, and channel knowledge to lead a team that delivers highly effective marketing material.

The ideal team member should be passionate about delivering not just output but outcomes. He/she is comfortable engaging with stakeholders across various marketing disciplines to understand marketing and campaign objectives. A fierce user-first orientation and drive for results are essential.

YOUR TASKS

  • Lead the creative design function to produce compelling and on-brand marketing assets that contribute to brand equity and financial impact.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Regional Design to ensure alignment on the use of design systems and brand guidelines.
  • Consult with the editorial and campaign team on UX/UI best practices to maximize the impact of editorial content and ads.
  • Develop skills and competencies within the creative team to enable continuously innovative creative solutions.
  • Manage capacity and allocation of resources to ensure accurate, on-time, and on-budget deliverables.
  • Establish workflows and SOPs to improve delivery efficiencies.

SKILLS

  • Good understanding of brand communications and marketing concepts.
  • Flair for storytelling through an amalgamation of aesthetics with copy.
  • Knowledgeable about creative formats across digital platforms; skills in producing art or creative for offline media is a plus.
  • Able to adopt and adapt the latest tools and techniques for producing compelling artwork in the most ROI-efficient manner.
  • Expertise and track record of developing creative standards.
  • Thorough understanding of the impact of photography, typography, and artwork.
  • Working knowledge of UX/UI principles.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics and digital advertising measurement methods and technologies.
  • Project and team management skills.

Measures of Success

  • Quality of creative execution: # formats produced, consistency of brand visuals, impact of visuals on click-through rates, stakeholder ratings.
  • Efficiency of the creative process: # of tasks and projects delivered, throughput per man hour, SLA adherence, # of revisions.
  • Staff skills development and retention: staff turnover, scope of relevant skills on the team.
