In view of our company expansion, we are actively seeking talented individuals to join our growing team!

Position Summary

This position is responsible for leading the sales team to achieve sales targets for assigned businesses/territories and overall business objectives. Develop and implement sales strategies and monitor the achievement of key performance indicators. Evaluate team performance gaps and requirements for improvement.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and monitor progress of sales activities for assigned territories and channels. Identify and implement customized solutions based on changing markets and trends.
  • Maintain and increase sales growth on existing different channels (GP, Pharmacy, Hospital).
  • Explore other areas for new opportunities within the area of responsibilities.
  • Conduct fieldwork with Product Specialist visitation to target doctors and customers.
  • Attend/organize trade exhibitions, conferences, and meetings.
  • Positively and proactively interact and provide constructive feedback to the team with SMART objectives aligned with sales and marketing strategies.
  • Prepare presentations, slides, and materials as required.
  • Review territory sales reports and analyses to identify gaps. Evaluate sales trends/forecasts and form meaningful conclusions to facilitate strategic decisions.
  • Develop, monitor, and recommend continuous improvement on sales processes, sales plans, customer satisfaction, etc., to improve sales targets.
  • Manage complex customer issues and recommend preventive actions to minimize future incidents.
  • Develop and build relationships with customers to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to better understand client requirements and leverage cross-product/industry business opportunities.
  • Manage and oversee the team's delivery of goals to drive execution against goals set.
  • Prepare reports on a timely and scheduled basis.
  • Drive and manage learning and development of the team.
  • Implement day-to-day management, development, and discipline of subordinates.
  • Evaluate, guide, coach, and mentor team members in the effective performance of assigned tasks.
  • Disseminate, explain, and comply with rules and regulations on safety, health, environment, good housekeeping, and security in the area of responsibility.
