Job description

Primary Objective:

  • Translate the overall Sales Strategy for the division into strategies and plans for the sales team
  • Identify business opportunities and develop relevant strategies for the respective business unit sales teams
  • Design and implement systems and structures for the effective management and reporting of sales related intelligence and data in line with good practices and business needs
  • Engage and liaise with stakeholders to optimize business opportunities
  • Build strategic relationships with key clients and other internal and external stakeholders through regular and ongoing communication
  • Motivate, manage and develop a team of sales representatives in order to ensure the achievement of pre-determined targets for the division
  • Manage and attain budget objectives
  • Keep abreast of latest trends in sales effectiveness and adopt new approaches as required in order to expand client base and increase revenue
  • Undertake other duties as required

Requirements: To be successful in the role you will

  • A relevant sales/marketing/business tertiary qualification
  • 5-8 years of sales experience
  • Experience in dental industry and implant dentistry or other relevant field (optional)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Relationship building skills
  • Decision making skills
  • Negotiation skills
  • Good analytical and numerical abilities
  • Innovative and pro-active
  • Ability to motivate, inspire and manage sales staff
