Overseeing Modern Trade operations with effective deployment of promotion activities.
Developing an overall business plan, including sales strategies, and managing profit goals.
Ensuring team projects enhance the Kobayashi brand by improving professionalism and services provided, and building brand awareness in the respective market to achieve growth.
Performing territory and sales analyses, assessing the results, and adjusting sales strategies accordingly.
Implementing a sales management process that includes sourcing and sharing market research to assist the sales team in identifying and prioritizing key customers and prospects.
Monitoring the performance KPI of the sales team and motivating members to meet or exceed sales targets.
Managing, training, and providing overall guidance to the sales team of an assigned territory/channel.
Studying current market trends on products, gathering feedback from customers and the market to enhance product quality and branding image, and sharing findings with internal teams and top management.
Constantly reviewing, providing feedback, analyzing sales data and sales-related reports to the superior and top management.
Undertaking all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior and/or company.
Qualifications
Requirement
Possess at least a Diploma in Management/Marketing/Mass Communication/Business Administration or equivalent.
At least 3-5 years’ experience in the FMCG industry, preferably healthcare industry.
Proven track record in developing sales and strong customer relationship management.
Knowledge of Distributor Management is mandatory.
Possess your own car and is willing to travel.

Strong presentation, verbal, and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Proficiency in Mandarin is required to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
