Requirements:
- Preferably with experience in the telecommunications industry.
- Strong capability to establish long-term relationships with channel clients and manage and utilize multiple resources in the company toward the generation of solutions & integration of projects.
- Self-motivated & result-driven, including success in achieving progressively higher quotas or other sales-related goals.
- Good communication skills, proactive, and able to think outside the box.
- Good presentation skills & have a strong initiative to grow the business.
- Customer-oriented & able to provide good customer service.
- High level of urgency & speed in executing sales closure with an eye for after-sales servicing.
- Frequent traveling is required for work purposes.
- SPM, STPM, Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in a related discipline.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the performance of state channels by achieving monthly state sales targets.
- Responsible for recruitment and expansion of Business Channel and assigned territories to meet goals.
- Responsible for ensuring continual growth to the potential dealers as aligned with directions & sales targets.
- Lead & motivate channels to achieve sales targets, and organize and conduct regular training for channels and/or staff in various aspects pertaining to sales of Tune Talk products & services.
- Achieve monthly state sales targets allocated.
- Coordinate operation sales flow between channels, Sales Support & Customer Service to ensure timely activations, delivery of POSM or products, and services to business customers.
- Coordinate between channels and other departments to ensure all processes and tasks flow smoothly.
- Track & monitor daily sales performance and reporting.
- Conduct monthly State/Area Sales Performance reviews.
- Identify & work with strategic partners.
- Provide market intelligence on other competitors' products, package offerings & sales activities, and gather channels’ feedback on our own promotions and activities.
- Develop and maintain strong dealer engagement to achieve sales objectives.
- Perform any other duties or tasks assigned by the Management or by the immediate superior.
