Job Responsibilities
Ensure that all plants in the designated area are operating effectively and efficiently
Ensure that concrete supplies meet the required standards of quality, quantity and service.
Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures at any given time
Implement and adhere to adopted quality systems
Take appropriate corrective and preventive actions to address non-conformances and customer complaints
Oversee, plan, and manage all aspects related to manpower, machinery, equipment, and materials
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers
Assist in conducting in-house technical training programmes
Job Requirements
Degree in construction engineering or related discipline
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role
Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in construction site operations
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with strong leadership qualities to drive high-quality and world-class manufacturing excellence
