Area Manager

Job Responsibilities:

1. Drive sales growth and profitability across all assigned stores.
2. Analyze sales reports, market trends, and customer feedback to implement effective strategies.
3. Set and monitor KPIs to ensure each store meets performance targets.
4. Ensure all stores adhere to company policies, SOPs, and regulatory requirements.
5. Conduct regular store visits to assess operations, merchandising, and compliance.
6. Address operational issues promptly and implement process improvements.
7. Lead, mentor, and support Store Managers to enhance their performance.
8. Conduct training sessions and workshops to improve staff capabilities.
9. Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention strategies for key store positions.
10. Maintain high standards of customer service and brand presentation.
11. Address customer complaints and feedback to enhance satisfaction levels.
12. Ensure visual merchandising and store layouts align with brand guidelines.
13. Oversee inventory levels to minimize losses and ensure stock availability.
14. Work with procurement and logistics teams to optimize supply chain efficiency.
15. Control costs by monitoring budgets and reducing unnecessary expenditures.

Job Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3-5 years of retail management experience, preferably in a multi-store role.
3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and retail management software.
4. Able to work under pressure, in a fast-paced environment and long hours.
5. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to solve practical problems.
6. Good human management skills.
7. Willing to be based in any branch as directed by Management, especially Northern Area (Perak & Penang).
