Architecture

• Develop architectural designs, drawings, and blueprints based on client requirements.
• Use computer-aided design (CAD) and other architectural software to create detailed plans.
• Ensure designs are aesthetically pleasing, functional, and compliant with zoning laws and building codes.
• Present design proposals and modifications to clients and stakeholders.

• Oversee project timelines, budgets, and quality control during the construction phase.
• Conduct site visits to ensure design specifications are met.
• Address and resolve any design or construction issues that arise.

3. Compliance & Regulations:

• Ensure all designs and structures comply with local building regulations and safety codes.
• Obtain necessary permits and approvals from authorities.

4. Client & Stakeholder Communication:

• Meet with clients to discuss project goals, budgets, and expectations.

• Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and advancements in construction technology.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
• Professional certification or licensure as required by local regulations.

Key Skills:

• Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural software.
• Excellent understanding of building codes, zoning laws, and construction standards.

Work Experience:
