We seek a highly motivated and committed candidate for the following position:

Architectural Technical Assistant (Intermediate Level)

Responsibilities:

• Assist in sketch design and design development for a variety of projects
• Prepare good Buildings Plans submission drawings and other authorities submission drawings
• Prepare good working drawings and details
• Prepare good construction drawings
• Coordinate with consultants

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Diploma from recognized institutions
• Possess a minimum of 5 years’ relevant experience
• Good building technical knowledge and conversant with authority requirements
• Skilled in AutoCad and/or Revit, 3D StudioMax and Photoshop
• Excellent visual presentation skills, an advantage
• Able to meet tight deadlines and work both independently and as part of a team
• Good interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated, take pride in one’s work and committed with a strong work ethic
