Architectural & Interior Design Drafter (2 Year experience)

Momo design studio is looking for an architectural & interior designer drafter who will assist the architect / designer to convert designs into technical plans & rendering for design proposal, tendering and construction purposes.

Our office is located in Geylang Patah area.

Responsibilities:

1. Creating accurate technical drawings, schematics and blueprints based on project requirements and specifications.
2. Using computer-aided design (CAD) software and 3D software to develop precise and detailed plans.
3. Collaborating with architects and designers to ensure drawings align with project goals.
4. Incorporating feedback and making revisions to drawings as necessary.
5. Conducting research and analysis to ensure compliance with regulations, codes and industry standards.
6. Communicating technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications:

1. Proven work experience as a Drafter (2 years).
2. Deeply analytical, with an eye for detail.
3. Demonstrable resourcefulness in high-stress situations.
4. Ability to stay organized and focused on long projects.
5. Strong communication skills, and a willingness to work on a team.
6. Superb organizational and time-management processes.
7. Proficient with 3D modeling software such as AutoCAD, Sketchup, Lumion.
8. Capable with image editing software such as Photoshop and Illustrator.
9. Knowledgeable about office software such as Google Workspace or Microsoft 365.

Minimum Experience: Potential candidates should have 2 years of experience and above.
