The company is located at Skudai, Johor, a property investment firm who specialize in providing expert estate agency services and consultations to a broad base of clienteles from Public Listed companies as well as individuals. Commercial Project, Housing Project, as well as Industrial Project, all included in their expertise area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts.
• Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality control.
• Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and design.
• Adhere to local building codes and regulations.
• Manage project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferable.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of drawing blueprints of factories is a plus for experienced candidates.
