The company is located at Skudai, Johor, a property investment firm who specialize in providing expert estate agency services and consultations to a broad base of clients from Public Listed companies as well as individuals. Commercial Project, Housing Project, and Industrial Project are all included in their expertise area.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements and develop design concepts.
2. Prepare detailed drawings, models, and presentations to communicate design ideas.
3. Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure project progress and quality control.
4. Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success.
5. Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in architecture and design.
6. Adhere to local building codes and regulations.
7. Manage project budgets and timelines.

Requirements:

1. Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
2. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
3. Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, or other design software.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Fluent in Mandarin and English is preferable.
6. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
7. Knowledge of drawing blueprints of factories is a plus for experienced candidates.
